“I’ve had a music career that I am proud of. I’ve also had the privilege of playing on stage with many great artists including: Aaron Tippin, Travis Tritt, Neal McCoy, Jo Dee Messina, LeAnn Womack, Joe Diffy, Chris Cagle, Clay Davidson, Chad Brock, Phil Vassar, Rascal Flatts, Clark Family Experience, Jamie O’Neal, Brad Paisley, Joe Stampley, Tony Stampley, Mark Wills and Trick Pony.
My 1st instrument was just some old pots and pans, then the drums at age 3. I played with my big brother for the first time in public when I was 5 years old and I started plunking the piano at about the same time. I picked up the guitar and bass at 15, harmonica at 18 and wrote my first song when I was about 18 too. My dad was the best teacher and the biggest musical influence of my life. He was the best guitar player~he taught himself to play sitting next to the radio.”
